Job Title: Restaurant Host – $13.00 per Hour – Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center

Company: Hocking Hills State Park Lodge

Location: Logan, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 per hour for a Restaurant Host at Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center in Logan, OH, is generally considered below the competitive standard for this role in the region. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for a restaurant host typically ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in Logan and the local labor market can influence wage expectations. While $13 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may deter more experienced candidates who could be seeking higher wages. Overall, this rate may limit the attraction of qualified applicants and could affect staff retention and satisfaction.
