Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
– Set up cooking stations and stock them with necessary preparatory supplies
– Prepare food on the line as required, which includes cutting, mixing, chopping, and creating sauces
– Cook menu items to specified quality standards and standardized recipes, utilizing grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling techniques
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by implementing a restaurant cleaning checklist that complies with state and local food safety regulations
– Handle and store food safely and appropriately

– Able to work on weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
