Job Title: Dietary Aide/Server

Company: Briarfield Health Care Centers

Location: Ohio

Pay: $10.65 – 11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.65 to $11 for the role of “Dietary Aide/Server” in Ohio is generally below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and regional demand. While this pay rate may be competitive for entry-level roles in some areas of Ohio, it may not adequately reflect the rising costs of living or the responsibilities associated with dietary aides, particularly in healthcare settings where specific food safety and nutritional standards are essential. Overall, although this wage may attract applicants in a lower-cost region or among those seeking part-time work, it could pose challenges in hiring and retention compared to facilities offering more competitive compensation.
