The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to delivering a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring that products are fresh, adequately stocked, and accurately priced throughout the sales floor. This team excels in operations and efficiency, managing all aspects of food service, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage within all Food and Beverage sections of the store.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in cultivating a guest-first culture at Starbucks.

As a Starbucks Barista, no two days will be identical, but typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding guest experiences by connecting with customers and providing high-quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operation, prioritizing guests’ needs above task completion.
• Upholding and executing Food and Beverage Standards, adhering to all Starbucks brand standards and food safety protocols.
• Implementing processes related to food and beverage operations, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, data accuracy, rotation, and cleaning.
• Maintaining awareness of all promotional activities and initiatives within Starbucks.
• Following established routines to ensure a consistent Starbucks experience while enhancing efficiency and safeguarding food safety.
• Supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of digital guest orders.
• Keeping the dining area inviting and accessible for guests throughout the day.
• Actively engaging with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
