Key Responsibilities:

As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor, providing exceptional purchasing experiences. Your duties will include interacting with customers, leveraging dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering the highest level of customer service to cultivate lasting business connections. Fox Motors seeks a competitive and career-focused Sales Consultant who is innovative and thrives in a dynamic sales environment. • Welcoming and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Providing detailed information about in-stock vehicles, including specifications related to performance, safety, and benefits.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to maintain a robust client database.
• Keeping abreast of vehicle valuations, finance options, and Fox Motors programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Familiarizing customers with various points of interest in the dealership.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating an ability to provide exceptional service.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
