Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every individual entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
• Present the OTF concept to interested clients during introductory sessions.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members.
• Conduct studio tours.
• Collaborate closely with trainers to guide newcomers through their first Orangetheory workout experience.
• Sell memberships to promote the studio’s success.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure their interest is maintained.

• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
