Job Title: COOK HELPER (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Berrien Springs, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a full-time Cook Helper in Berrien Springs, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While local wage variations can affect competitiveness, this rate may be considered entry-level or on the lower end for the region, especially when accounting for the cost of living and inflation. Therefore, while it could attract applicants, it may not be sufficient to retain experienced or high-quality candidates, suggesting a need for adjustment to align more closely with industry standards.
