The Food & Beverage team plays a vital role in ensuring a consistent guest experience by guaranteeing product freshness, availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. Our team members are experts in operations, processes, and efficiency, leading initiatives in food services, replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signage for all food areas within the store.

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical responsibilities will include:
– Delivering an exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers and providing high-quality handcrafted beverages and food
– Maintaining and executing Food and Beverage Standards, Starbucks brand standards, and food safety protocols
– Overseeing food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and inventory management
