The Rock Shop Attendant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest shopping experience at Hard Rock. This position combines the responsibilities of a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator, and passionate music enthusiast.
Key Responsibilities:
– Open and close the Rock Shop in accordance with established procedures.
– Maintain an organized and fully stocked cashier station at all times.
