Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Otterbein SeniorLife

Location: Toledo, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for a Housekeeper position in Toledo, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages and local industry standards. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for housekeepers in the United States generally ranges between $15 and $20, depending on experience and specific job duties. Additionally, wages can vary based on factors such as the type of employment (e.g., hotel vs. residential), the local cost of living, and any additional benefits offered. In Toledo, while the cost of living is relatively lower than the national average, these rates might still be considered uncompetitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified candidates.
