Job Title: Night Auditor

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 per hour for a Night Auditor in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for this role. As of 2023, Night Auditors in similar metropolitan areas typically earn between $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, the employer, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, the cost of living in Grand Rapids may necessitate higher wages to attract and retain qualified candidates. Therefore, while this rate may appeal to entry-level applicants, it is less likely to attract more experienced professionals in the hospitality industry, potentially impacting service quality and staff retention.
