Job Title: Server (Bar) 2 Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $9.64 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9.64 for a “Server (Bar) 2 Openings” position in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, is below industry standards, as server wages in many areas typically range from $10 to $15 per hour, often excluding tips. In Michigan, the minimum wage for tipped employees is generally higher, around $3.75 per hour, plus tips which can significantly boost overall earnings. Therefore, considering both state regulations and typical compensation trends in the hospitality industry, the offered rate seems low and may not be competitive in attracting qualified candidates, particularly in a post-pandemic labor market where many workers are seeking higher wages.
