Basic Function & Job Duties:

Under general supervision, you will prepare the 5:30 Kickback and deliver exceptional customer service to guests in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role entails maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, assisting guests with food preparation and clean-up, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and restocking supplies as needed. You are expected to exemplify a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality, promoting the Drury culture among both customers and colleagues. A general knowledge of the hotel, local attractions, and events is essential for assisting guests with inquiries.
