Job Title: Server (Bar)

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Saint Ignace, MI

Pay: $9.64 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $9.64 for a “Server (Bar)” in Saint Ignace, MI, is below the national average for similar positions, especially considering that many states have established minimum wages higher than this rate. Typically, server wages can range from $10 to $15 per hour, often supplemented by tips that can significantly increase overall earnings. In Michigan, the minimum wage is currently $10.10 per hour (as of 2023), which, even without tips, makes the offered rate non-competitive. Furthermore, cost of living factors and local market rates should also be taken into account, suggesting that this role’s compensation may not align with industry standards and could struggle to attract talent in the area.
