Job Summary:
The Overnight Closer, serving as a Member Services Representative, is tasked with fostering a positive experience for members, prospective members, and guests by delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves concluding the daily business operations and ensuring the accurate management of bank deposits for the day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, which include:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as necessary.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
– Assisting in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and organization.
– Closing out the shift for the business day.

Qualifications/Requirements:
