Job description:

The Club Manager will oversee all aspects of gym operations, ensuring that members have an exceptional "Judgment Free" experience while contributing to the club’s financial success. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and guide a diverse team, fostering an environment of growth through effective training and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff, including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
• Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring that staff adheres to superior customer service standards.
• Manage staff by scheduling shifts appropriately and ensuring full coverage at all times.
• Lead by example, maintain accountability among direct reports, and provide training and coaching to align with the club’s values and goals.
• Oversee the administration and processing of employee payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
• Address and resolve employee issues or concerns and manage disciplinary actions or termination processes when necessary.
• Engage in front desk operations, including:

  • Checking members into the system.
  • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Conducting facility tours for prospective members.
