Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Catering Team Members to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. What will you do?
– Execute open, close, and side-work duties, which include preparing rooms and facilities for guest arrivals, setting tables, clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables, and assisting in the setup of service stations
– Acquire knowledge of portion sizes, containers, major ingredients, and pricing for menu items
– Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages
– Monitor diners to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service, stepping in as needed and notifying supervisors of any issues
