Job Title: Life Enrichment Activities Assistant – Assisted Living

Company: Brethren Care Village

Location: Ashland, OH

Pay: $11.5 – 13.3 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.50 to $13.30 for a “Life Enrichment Activities Assistant” in Ashland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in assisted living facilities. Typically, positions focused on life enrichment or recreational activities in assisted living settings tend to offer hourly wages between $12 to $18, depending on experience, specific duties, and local market conditions. Given that Ohio’s cost of living is relatively moderate compared to national averages, this pay rate could be seen as somewhat competitive; however, it may not attract candidates with significant experience or specialized skills, especially considering that other nearby regions might offer higher compensation for similar roles. Overall, while the pay might align with entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient to retain or attract the best talent in the industry.
