The Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming, registering, and assisting guests throughout their stay, ultimately ensuring smooth check-out and account settlement. The primary responsibilities include registering guests, managing and modifying reservations, and executing hotel operator and concierge duties.
