Company: Delaware North
Location: Geneva, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a bartender position at The Lodge at Geneva in Ohio is somewhat on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to recent data, bartenders in the United States typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, with variations depending on experience, location, and establishment type. In Ohio specifically, rates can be around $12 to $18, depending on the region and the demand for skilled bartending. While the offered range may appeal to entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time work, it might not attract more experienced bartenders who often expect higher compensation, especially in tourist areas like Geneva, which could impact staff retention and quality of service.
