Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk – Full Time with Benefits
Company: Erickson Senior Living
Location: Novi, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Front Desk – Full Time with Benefits” position in Novi, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the area. According to industry standards, front desk positions, especially in hospitality or medical fields, typically offer rates ranging from $15 to $20 or more per hour, depending on experience and the complexity of the role. While $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not adequately compensate for the responsibilities or the cost of living in the region, especially considering that many employers in Michigan are offering more competitive salaries to attract and retain staff post-pandemic. Therefore, while this rate is potentially viable for a basic front desk role, it may not be competitive enough to attract skilled candidates, especially if benefits are limited.
