Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Company: Dutchman Hospitality Group

Location: Walnut Creek, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a Breakfast Attendant in Walnut Creek, OH, appears to fall below the competitive wage range for similar roles, particularly in the hospitality sector. According to industry standards and data from sources like the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job postings, Breakfast Attendants in comparable regions typically earn between $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific employer practices. Therefore, while $13 may be adequate for entry-level positions, it may not attract a broader talent pool or retain quality staff in a competitive hiring landscape, suggesting the need for a review of compensation to align better with market rates.
