Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our esteemed team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Process drink orders from guests and servers, manage payments, and provide accurate change.
• Craft beverages according to established recipes and standardized proportions.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible service practices, verifying identification and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
• Maintain adequate bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Previous experience with a computerized point of sale system is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions consistently.
• Capable of lifting stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Tolerance for moderate to high noise levels during peak operations.
