Job Description
Job Title: Event & Marketing Communications Manager
Company: Lighthouse
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay: $52000 – 69300 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $52,000 to $69,300 for an Event & Marketing Communications Manager in Pontiac, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25 to $33.54, which is generally competitive for this role, though it may vary depending on experience and the specific demands of the position. Industry standards indicate that professionals in similar roles, particularly in markets with high living costs, may earn higher pay, typically ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually. Considering Pontiac’s cost of living is lower than some major metropolitan areas, the offered range may be appealing, but candidates with significant experience or specialized skills may seek higher compensation. Overall, while the salary is reasonable for the region, it may not fully align with the upper end of industry expectations.
