Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Operating the company shuttle as needed while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
– Keeping abreast of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide informed assistance to guests.
– Valet parking guest vehicles in adherence to safety procedures and applicable laws and ordinances.
– Escorting guests to their vehicle, guest room, or designated outlets.
– Delivering packages and amenities to guest rooms efficiently.
– Assisting guests with their luggage, including pushing bell carts when necessary.
– Maintaining an organized storage of guest luggage.
– Managing the shuttle log and coordinating departure and arrival times effectively.
– Greeting guests warmly and opening doors as they enter and exit the hotel.
– Staffing the coat room during events.
– Directing guests to the Front Desk for check-in.
– Providing detailed information about outlets and amenities to facilitate cross-selling.
– Ensuring a high standard of vehicle cleanliness.
– Exhibiting strong analytical and navigation skills.
