Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time 3rd Shift

Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bloomfield Hills, MI, particularly for a part-time 3rd shift position, is slightly below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience and location. While it may be competitive for some entry-level positions or with limited experience, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those in high-demand areas. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Bloomfield Hills and the nature of 3rd shift work, this rate may be perceived as less competitive compared to similar roles in nearby urban areas. Therefore, while it can appeal to some job seekers, it may hinder the recruitment of more experienced candidates.
