Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their introductory class, and ensuring a superior first-time guest experience. Provide membership information based on guidance from Group Fitness Coaches.
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, booking appointments, supporting membership and package sales, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
- Responding to member inquiries promptly and addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Ensuring brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures. Maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Welcoming members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Creating memorable experiences by recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Staying informed about all studio activities, including promotions, fitness challenges, events outside the studio, and corporate initiatives.
- Working independently and taking ownership of your contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in working with technology, including smartphones and computers.
- A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle member inquiries.
