Job Description
Job Title: HHA – Home Health Aide – Private Duty in Medina, Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties
Company: BrightStar Care
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a Home Health Aide (HHA) position in Middleburg Heights, OH, is generally considered competitive but may be slightly below the average for the region. According to recent data, HHAs in Ohio typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employer. While the offered rate aligns with the lower end of the spectrum, it may not fully reflect the rising demand for healthcare workers in light of an aging population and increased emphasis on home care services. Therefore, this wage could be appealing to entry-level candidates but may deter more experienced professionals seeking higher compensation.
