Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead

Company: Spar Group

Location: Freeport, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $52,000 for the role of “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Freeport, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25. These figures appear to be below average for similar positions within the retail management and merchandising sectors, especially considering that such roles often require experience in project management, logistical coordination, and team leadership. Industry standards for similar positions typically range from $30,000 to $70,000 annually depending on location, experience, and specific responsibilities. Therefore, while this salary may be competitive for entry-level positions, it seems less so for a senior lead role, which might warrant a higher compensation range to attract and retain experienced professionals in the field.
