Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be tasked with responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Compensation: $15.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process drink orders from guests and servers, handle payments, and provide correct change.
  • Mix and serve drinks according to standardized recipes and proportions.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with service policies, including requesting identification.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
  • Maintain inventory by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
  • Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Previous experience with computerized point of sale systems is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to occasionally lift stock up to 30 pounds.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during busy periods.

Shift Details:

  • Evening shifts
  • Weekends required
  • Event-based scheduling
