Job Description
Job Title: Concierge
Company: Village Green
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $17 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 to $19 for a Concierge role in Detroit, MI, is generally considered competitive but slightly below the national average for similar positions. According to various salary sources, the average hourly wage for concierges in urban areas often ranges between $18 to $25, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this pay range may align with entry-level or less experienced candidates, it may not attract those with more experience or specialized skills. Additionally, cost of living factors in Detroit versus other metropolitan areas should be considered, as this could influence wage expectations. Overall, while the offered rate may appeal to some, it may not be sufficient to attract top talent in a competitive job market.
