Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist, you will hold a trusted position focused on delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Your main duties will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for effective follow-up, and providing top-tier customer service to foster long-term business relationships. We are looking for competitive, career-oriented candidates who are driven to innovate in a dynamic sales environment. While previous automotive sales experience is not required, individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will thrive in this role. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety, and benefits to customers.
• Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Using dealership systems to conduct pre- and post-sale follow-ups and maintain a client database.
• Keeping informed about vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to the various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles and maintaining a presentable environment.
