Job Duties Include:

– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, booking their first class, and ensuring they receive an exceptional first-time guest experience. Communicates membership details based on the prescription provided by Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership/pack sales and other revenue opportunities.
– Responding to member inquiries in a timely manner and addressing any concerns appropriately.
– Ensuring brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and prioritizing tasks as necessary during shifts.
– Welcoming members by name and accurately tracking class attendance. Creating memorable moments daily by celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
– Staying well-informed on all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives.
– Working independently and taking ownership of personal contributions to the overall success of the studio and team.
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Job Qualifications:

– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is also preferred.
– Comfortable with new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
– Must have a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
– Strong work ethic, integrity, and a professional demeanor are essential.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage member inquiries.
