Job Title: Bar-Back/Runner | Part-Time | Sharonville Convention Center

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Bar-Back/Runner position at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the area. Typically, bar-backs and runners in parts of Ohio and across the U.S. can expect to earn between $12 to $20 per hour, with variations depending on experience, establishment size, and location. Given that Cincinnati has a relatively low cost of living compared to some major cities, $15 could be considered somewhat competitive but might not attract experienced candidates or those seeking a living wage, especially when factoring in tips that can commonly supplement earnings in hospitality roles. Overall, while the pay is in line with entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient to draw a wide pool of interested applicants.
