Key Responsibilities:

As a Painter, your primary duties will include painting, maintaining, and repairing various surfaces within the hotel, including furniture and equipment. This role is essential in supporting our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring financial profitability. Your specific responsibilities will encompass:

• Painting, maintaining, and repairing painted, wall-covered, stained, and varnished surfaces across building structures, rooms, furniture, and equipment.
• Preparing and painting surfaces using various techniques and tools, including measuring, applying spackle and plaster, mixing and matching paint, and employing brushes, rollers, and spray-guns.
• Installing and repairing wall and ceiling coverings, which may include hanging vinyl paper, fabric, and foil wall coverings.
• Maintaining and repairing caulked, grouted, wood, and masonry surfaces through staining, varnishing, and lacquering.
• Managing related inventory of supplies.
