This position offers competitive compensation starting at $18.95 per hour, with an increase following a 90-day review. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K plan, life insurance, and a strong emphasis on safety and leadership development.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM until finish.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive trucks safely to customer locations while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products carefully using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure appropriate signatures.
• Process collections and payments from customers as necessary.
• Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull weights ranging from 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
• Comfort in driving and working under inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Candidate Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with necessary endorsements issued in your state of legal residence.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and other pre-employment screenings, including drug screening and background checks.
• No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years; no DUI convictions in the last three years; no driver’s license suspensions in the past three years.
• While commercial or professional driving experience is not mandatory, one year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred, or six months of local delivery experience and/or experience in the food service industry.
• Hand cart delivery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet customer needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English as it pertains to job functions and safety regulations.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
