Responsibilities

As the Office Manager at our Integrated Health Clinic, you will provide supervision to assigned staff while managing the daily operations of the front desk. In this role, you will also oversee the operations of the Integrated Health Building, ensuring effective and efficient workflow and addressing building needs. You will provide support by coordinating and participating in meetings, taking minutes as assigned, managing directors’ schedules, organizing meetings and conferences, and disseminating confidential information as necessary.

Qualifications

We require an Associate degree in a business-related field and prefer candidates with supervisory experience. A minimum of three years’ experience in a comprehensive office environment is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with advanced computer literacy. Experience navigating mental and/or behavioral health resources is desirable. A valid Michigan Motor Vehicle Operator’s license is preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position requires prolonged sitting and standing as appropriate and may occasionally involve light lifting of up to 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or bending as necessary. Candidates must demonstrate coordination of hands and/or eye-hand-foot integration.

The working environment is primarily an office setting, with ambient noise from computers, copy machines, and telephones. This role involves extended use of a computer screen, which may lead to eyestrain. There may be exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and parasites. Travel throughout the Kalamazoo area is required.
