Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – $1,500K Sign on Bonus

Company: North American Dental Group

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $1500 per month

AI Pay Analysis: The offered hourly rate for the “Front Desk Coordinator” position at $1,500 per month translates to approximately $8.75 per hour, which is significantly below the typical industry standards for this role in Warren, MI. Front Desk Coordinators generally earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and the specific industry context. Furthermore, a $1,500K sign-on bonus is unusually large and likely a typographical error if it indeed refers to a monetary bonus. Overall, the compensation appears non-competitive and may not attract qualified candidates given the prevailing wage rates in the area.
