Role Summary:
The Team Member will play a vital role in delivering a positive experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage all front desk activities, including:
- Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking in members, signing up new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
- Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
- Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A background in customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- A passion for fitness and health is essential.
- An upbeat and positive attitude is a must.
- Punctuality and reliability are critical.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and co-workers, consistently exceeding member expectations.
