Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 3rd shift
Company: Prestige Way
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Caregiver 3rd shift” position in Lansing, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for similar roles in the region. According to various salary sources, caregiver positions often range from $15 to $20 per hour, with third shift roles sometimes offering additional compensation due to the less desirable hours. Factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job can further influence pay. Given these considerations, the offered rate of $14 may make it challenging to attract qualified candidates and could lead to higher turnover in the position.
