We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide outstanding customer service to clients while supporting the seamless operation of our programs and organization. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the success of our initiatives.   • Demonstrates a clear understanding of Starr Commonwealth’s mission and core values, and consistently aligns actions with Starr’s mission and its core values of seeing greatness, finding courage, promoting health, fostering healing, and oneness.
  • Set up and maintain files, keeping accurate records and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of reception office and copy machine areas.
  • Be familiar with programs served to respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Serves as receptionist for the program, as well as for the program supervisor, providing front desk coverage as needed.
  • Provide customer service support including receiving and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, website activity, mail, etc.
  • Schedules appointments and ensures optimization and scheduling efficiency for the behavioral health program.
  • Enters and distributes referrals via database system.
  • Enters and tracks clinical documents and billing.
  • Tracks and maintains a cost effective level of central office supplies. Serves as liaison to vendors on office equipment.
  • Enter information into appropriate systems, internal and external, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process calls from parents, agencies and referral sources regarding referrals, interviews, intakes, and visitation.
  • Writes effective, understandable work instructions and recommends ways to improve workflows and administrative support processes.
  • Helps to establish and maintain a positive work environment for all staff and building effective teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both internal and external.
  • Exhibits punctuality to work, attendance, meetings, trainings, and other assigned duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates:

  • High School/GED
  • 2 years billing experience

Job Details:

  • Pay Rate: $20.9124/hr ($43,497.79 annually)
