Role Summary
The Overnight Team Member is tasked with fostering a positive atmosphere for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. In addition, the Overnight Closer will ensure the daily shift is properly concluded and will prepare an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage all front desk tasks, including:
    • Answering phone inquiries amiably and assisting callers with various questions.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
  • Execute necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
  • Successfully close the shift for the day.
  • Generate a bank deposit for the following day.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Background in customer service is preferred.
