Shift: Friday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (or until tasks are completed).

Overview: Warehouse Operations plays a critical role at Cardinal Health by executing a variety of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities may include receiving products, fulfilling orders, packaging, and shipping, all while adhering to established team goals to ensure timely order delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established processes for order fulfillment, which includes accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to train and become certified in operating material handling equipment as required by job duties. Equipment includes order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Qualifications:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is advantageous
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
