Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold all sanitation standards and requirements for the spa throughout the year.
- Achieve sales goals related to memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, service providers, fellow sales associates, and management.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring daily appointment book balance.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to assisting clients and promoting the health benefits of regular spa visits.
- Provide a warm and courteous greeting to clients before and after their appointments.
- Stay informed about special offers, products, services, and procedures relevant to Hand and Stone.
- Adhere to Hand and Stone sales scripts for memberships and gift cards.
- Offer tailored recommendations for service enhancements.
- Acquaint yourself with and execute Hand and Stone’s signature services.
- Maintain comprehensive treatment records for all clients.
- Engage actively with customers and the local community to drive sales growth.
