Job description:
We are currently seeking a Premium Bartender to join our team at TQL Stadium. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $13.00 per hour plus gratuities.

As a Premium Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. You will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our patrons by ensuring adherence to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Setting up assigned bars and requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
– Maintaining the quality of perishables by preparing, curing, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and juices.
– Greeting guests warmly and taking or processing drink orders, expertly mixing and garnishing drinks according to standard recipes while practicing prudent portion control.
– Verifying guests’ identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions and recognizing signs of inebriation, responding appropriately as trained while demonstrating a strong understanding of liquor laws.
– Securing all beverage products, food, equipment, and cash, performing general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards, and ensuring the work area is organized and presentable.
– Washing and sterilizing stemware and arranging bottles and glasses to uphold an attractive bar display.
