Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Autism Care, weekends
Company: Help at Home
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a “Direct Service Professional – Autism Care” role in Fraser, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation scale for this position. According to industry data, Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) typically earn between $14 and $24 per hour, depending on factors like experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. While Michigan’s cost of living is generally moderate, the compensation may not adequately reflect the specialized skills and emotional labor involved in working with individuals with autism. Considering these factors, this pay range might be seen as competitive for entry-level positions but could be less appealing for more experienced professionals in the field.
