Job Title: F&B Bartender (Sage) Petoskey, Michigan

Company: Odawa Casino

Location: Petoskey, MI

Pay: $11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11 for a “F&B Bartender” role in Petoskey, Michigan, is generally considered low, especially for a position that often requires a combination of skills in customer service, drink preparation, and bartending knowledge. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for bartenders in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the establishment’s type. Additionally, tips can significantly supplement a bartender’s income, but the base pay itself should align more closely with the average to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, $11 per hour is not competitive and may struggle to attract talent in the local hospitality market.
