Job Title: Engineer

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Ypsilanti, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for an “Engineer” position in Ypsilanti, MI, appears to be below the competitive industry standards, as engineering roles typically command higher wages due to the technical skills and education required. As of late 2023, entry-level engineering positions in Michigan generally start around $25 to $30 per hour, with more experienced engineers earning significantly more depending on their specialization and the complexity of the role. Consequently, $19 per hour may not attract qualified candidates and could lead to challenges in filling the position unless there are significant benefits or other incentives to offset the lower wage.
