Job Title: Server (Bar) 2 Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $9.64 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9.64 for a “Server (Bar) 2 Openings” in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be below the current industry standard for server positions, especially given recent trends in wage increases for hospitality roles. As of 2023, many bars and restaurants in Michigan have adjusted their wages to remain competitive, often offering base rates closer to $12-$15 per hour, excluding tips. Additionally, Michigan’s minimum wage is gradually increasing, which further emphasizes that $9.64 may not be competitive. Given the cost of living in the region and the demand for service workers, this rate could be considered low and may lead to challenges in attracting candidates.
