In this role, you will engage with clients, potential clients, and visitors to foster a welcoming atmosphere and assist with scheduling. This position extends beyond traditional front desk responsibilities; you will truly make a difference in clients’ lives, empowering them to take control of their hair loss and regain their confidence.
Major Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients and visitors promptly with a smile, projecting a positive attitude while assisting with reasonable requests.
- Answer incoming calls swiftly and professionally, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members, all while minimizing disruption to clients.
- Accurately process all client transactions, selecting the correct performers, service/product codes, and payment methods.
- Actively manage scheduling activities, including advanced bookings, wait times, schedule optimization, service and appointment ticket accuracy, and appointment confirmations.
- Support the styling team by handling scheduling, documentation, appointment changes, retail/service add-on sales, and various administrative tasks.
Additionally, you may be assigned other reasonable duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a fast-paced guest service environment.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems or other business software.
- Professional and timely communication with all company personnel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and pressure.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Maintains a professional image.
